Chief Business Officer

You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the organic agri-business. Your key roles will include: - Developing and executing growth strategies - Managing export and global market development - Overseeing operations and supply chain management - Supervising domestic and global procurement - Ensuring regulatory compliance for exports - Leading organizational development and change management - Managing financial performance, sustainability, and brand development to ensure overall business excellence - Being accountable for P&L To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing/Finance or a relevant subject, with at least 15 years of experience in sales & marketing/operations of FMCG food/agro products. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling organic food products and should also have experience in international sales & operations. Desired skills for this role include strong analytical skills, proficiency in sales, marketing, and finance, excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities, a proven track record of driving business growth and performance, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
