Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Business Officer, based out of West Delhi. The Chief Business Officer will be responsible for strategizing and driving business growth, overseeing financial planning, and leading business development initiatives. The role will involve consulting with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering client relationships to achieve long-term strategic objectives. Additionally, the Chief Business Officer will manage cross-departmental teams and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development and Consulting
• Strong Management Consulting and Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of Finance and financial planning
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
