They are looking for a professional having experience in B2C industry (PurePlay Online Company) and who will head their business, Key Responsibilities: P&L Ownership: Drive overall revenue and profitability across all business verticals including DTH, OTT, and value-added services Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for market expansion, customer acquisition, product monetization, and competitive positioning Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams to deliver on business goals Revenue Leadership: Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities across customer lifecycle acquisition, retention, and upsell Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights to steer business decisions Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with CXOs, Board, and external partners to drive high-impact outcomes Requirements: 12+ years of progressive leadership experience B2C experience is a must in Onlineexclusive business Exposure to subscription-based or platform aggregator businesses is a big plus
