Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership (PMS/AIF):

    Provide visionary sales leadership specifically for PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) products, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning within the wealth management sector.
  • CRM & Client Lifecycle Management:

    Oversee and enhance CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies and client lifecycle management, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Channel Development & Partner Network Expansion:

    Drive the development of new sales channels and expand the partner network, identifying and building strategic alliances to broaden market reach.
  • Digital Business Enablement:

    Lead initiatives for digital business enablement, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes, enhance client experience, and drive efficiency.
  • Revenue Management & Target Alignment:

    Manage revenue streams effectively, ensuring alignment of business targets across all sales functions and driving profitability.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within wealth management.
  • Team Leadership:

    Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization, aligning business development efforts with corporate objectives.
