We drove Rs.2,000Cr of referral sales through our customer product and Rs. 14,000Cr of broker sales through our broker product. Our major clients are biggest real estate developers such as Mahindra, Shapoorji Pallonji, Piramal, Godrej, Brigade, DLF etc. and are continuing to scale our client base. Job Description: Chief Business Officer

  • Build and develop revenue streams given the unique opportunity our company has.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across enterprise sales, field sales and inside sales.
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients, expansion of existing accounts, and development of new sales channels.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to enhance distribution and product adoption.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and customer meetings.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, funnel management, pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
  • Implement scalable processes for lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market plans.
  • Work with Product teams to communicate customer feedback, market needs and competitive insights.
  • Build a data-driven sales culture with strong focus on follow-ups, customer success, and retention.
  • Ensure Collections are done within the TAT
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, and reporting norms.
