PSN Finance is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and reputed professional to join us as Chief Business Officer (CBO) and lead our fast-growing, registered NBFC. The ideal candidate brings leadership, vision, regulatory know-how, and solid execution skills from the NBFC lending sector.

About PSN Finance:

We are a fully registered NBFC, catering primarily to fleet and retail customers with tailored financing solutions for new and used vehicles, equipment purchases, and short-term business loans. We propose to reach INR 10B in assets under management (AUM) in the next four years.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across treasury, sales, technology, risk, and recovery to drive our NBFC’s growth and culture.
• Design and execute a data-driven business plan for market impact and fundraising, articulating PSN Finance’s unique value to both debt and equity investors.
• Leverage our group’s dealership and distribution network to develop a well-balanced, high-potential sales pipeline.
• Oversee the implementation of best-in-class technology systems and ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all NBFC regulations and internal policies, demonstrating a strong understanding of ALM, governance, and risk management.
• Maintain full oversight of secured and unsecured loan portfolios, and supervise physical recovery processes as required.
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation; lead by example.
• Drive successful fundraising, manage relationships with PSUs, private banks, and financial partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Core team experience in building/running a startup NBFC or similar lending entity, with active involvement in fundraising (seed–Series C) and debt raising from multiple channels.
• Direct experience with ALM, risk, compliance, and secured/unsecured loans (beyond personal lending).
• Strong reputation for adaptability, leadership, and team development within the financial industry.
• Solid regulatory and compliance track record relevant to NBFC operations.
• Automotive lending experience is an advantage.
