Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Gurgaon. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing influencer campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, influencers, and internal teams, tracking campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and optimizing strategies for better outcomes. We’re now looking for a Growth Hacker / Lead Gen Expert who can design, run, and scale automation-driven outbound campaigns that generate qualified leads and product demos. Role Overview You will own our outbound growth engine — leveraging LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Apollo, and AI-driven tools to reach D2C founders, CMOs, and agency leaders and digital heads. The goal is to consistently deliver qualified meetings and build a repeatable pipeline that fuels our revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Build and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, Apollo). Design automation workflows using tools like Sales Navigator, Dripify, PhantomBuster, Expandi, Lemlist . Enrich and segment lead lists for targeted outreach (D2C brands, digital/social agencies, eCommerce founders). Leverage AI tools and agents for copy personalization, follow-ups, and lead scoring. Track and report outreach performance (reply rate, meeting conversion, pipeline quality). Collaborate with leadership on vertical focus, messaging, and campaign strategy. Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure smooth handover of leads to the leadership/closing team. Must-Have Skills & Experience 3–5 years in SaaS/MarTech business development, growth, or outbound sales . Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, WhatsApp automation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Pipedrive) . Familiarity with AI-powered outreach tools, lead scoring, and marketing automation . Proven track record of booking demos/first meetings with D2C brands or agencies .
