We are looking for a Collections Strategist who will drive data-driven collections strategy, Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in developing bucket allocation models, prioritization frameworks, and customer contact models and strategies, Design and implement best-time-to-contact models to improve engagement and repayment outcomes, Exposure to working closely with collections operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy and on-ground execution, Hands-on expertise in conducting deep-dive analytics to identify portfolio risks, customer behavior patterns, and actionable insights, Atleast 3 years of experience in collections analytics, credit risk, Hands-on experience in collections operations or as part of the frontline workforce is a plus,
