As part of our project to migrate our Informatica PowerCenter platform to the Informatica Cloud solution, we are looking for an expert consultant in Informatica Cloud and Informatica PowerCenter who can support us through all stages of this migration project. We expect a high level of expertise in both the Informatica PowerCenter solution and Informatica Cloud in order to effectively challenge both solutions. Based on business needs, the service will propose and implement, as a team, appropriate solutions for BI-oriented database modeling. The service will also be involved in setting up the various components of the data supply chain for our different Datamarts. Key Responsibilies The service will operate transversely across the entire chain and participate in all of the following activities: Monitor, investigate and solve ETL incidents during Paris night. This include potentially fixing data issue, relaunching the scheduling and communicating properly according to template defined Fix/Enhance remaining evolution required after automatic migration process btw Informatica Power Center (on prem) and IDMC (cloud). Experience in BI modeling and a knack for complex data integration issues will make this service an essential asset for our team. Facilitating/participating in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning / Daily Meeting / Grooming / Retrospective) Analyzing new needs (Estimating complexity) Designing and implementing new ETL solutions using Informatica Cloud Data Integration Coordinating with the operations team for the establishment of new data transfer flows with our partners Technical documentation (Confluence) The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience, specifically with ETL tools such as Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter. Experience with migration projects from PowerCenter to IDMC is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in challenging situations. Versatile and autonomous, the consultant will actively participate in promoting the expertise of our team in implementing decision-making solutions. The positions will be based in Bengaluru, and the candidate must be available for early shifts, specifically from 6:30 AM IST to 3:30 PM IST (3:00 AM to 12:00 PM Paris time). We are looking to fill two contractor positions within NIM Bengaluru. Preference will be given to candidates who can join within a month. Review and document existing model structure, assumptions, and custom code used in Prophet NAUS. Identify features or elements that may require changes or enhancements during migration Conversion to Prophet 360 Rebuild or convert Prophet NAUS models into Prophet 360-compliant formats, ensuring fidelity of projections and calculations. Implement best practices aligned with Prophet 360 s architecture and modeling conventions Testing and Validation Perform parallel runs between old and new environments to validate results. Resolve discrepancies, optimize model performance, and ensure consistency in output. Merge documented change requirements from other actuarial teams into Prophet models. Support ongoing maintenance of Prophet 360 and NAUS models. Implement consistency and best practices across Prophet libraries. Assist with library updates as needed. Contribute to regression testing and the master model release process. Preparing and reviewing financial reporting deliverables under US GAAP. Working with actuarial modeling tools (e.g., Prophet, DCS) to support life insurance product development and valuation. Validating model assumptions and analyzing their impact on financial reserves. Technical Skills Basic to intermediate proficiency in Prophet (libraries like Prophet 360 and ALS). Strong skills with Excel. Understanding of cash flow modeling, reserves, and ALM concepts.
