Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - FMCGReports to: National Sales ManagerLocation: Bangalore, Mumbai.Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the FMCG industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth, expanding our distribution network, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandisers and retailers.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.2. Distribution Network: Expand and maintain a strong distribution network, including managing relationships with distributors and wholesalers.3. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandisers and retailers.4. Product Launches: Lead product launches, including developing launch plans, managing launch budgets, and ensuring successful product execution.5. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets, including volume, value, and market share targets.6. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer insights.7. Team Management: Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, including providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.3. Skills: - Excellent sales and marketing skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Experience with product launches and sales target achievement. - Strong leadership and team management skills.4. Certifications: None required.Must-Haves:1. Strong Connects: Must have strong connects with merchandisers in supermarkets.2. Distribution Network: Must have a strong distribution network in place.3. FMCG Experience: Must have worked with a strong FMCG brand.4. Product Launch Experience: Must have experience with launching new products.5.
