Job Description

Business Development Manager – HORECA & FMCG

Location: Bangalore

We’re looking for a go-getter who can open doors, close deals, and grow our footprint in both HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering) and FMCG markets. If you have the network, the hustle, and the passion for building brands, we want you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Crack new accounts in HORECA – hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers.
  • Grow our FMCG distribution in General Trade, Modern Trade & E-commerce.
  • Negotiate contracts, launch new products, and ensure strong in-store visibility.
  • Build rock-solid relationships with chefs, F\&B managers, distributors & retailers.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and drive aggressive sales targets.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in HORECA / FMCG.
  • A strong network in hospitality and retail trade.
  • Killer negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel and make things happen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,190.05 - ₹61,956.50 per month

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
