Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and devising sales strategies for the FMCG sector. They will conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs, develop business proposals, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and develop business proposals Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the chemicals and pesticides industry is a plus
