Junior Catalogue Analyst

You are The Betel Leaf Co."s new Junior Catalogue Analyst, responsible for managing and optimizing the FMCG product catalogue with accuracy and speed. Your role involves ensuring that products are listed, tracked, and performing seamlessly across retail, distributors, and e-commerce platforms. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and updating the FMCG product catalogue with details like SKUs, barcodes, MRP, pack sizes, shelf-life, and images. It's crucial to keep product information consistent across distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners. Monitoring product availability, visibility, and pricing across different channels will be part of your routine. You will also be analyzing SKU performance and sharing actionable insights with the Category & Sales teams. Assisting in new product launches by coordinating listings and ensuring market readiness will be another important aspect of your role. You will support audits of catalogue data to maintain compliance with FMCG regulations and labeling standards. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or Analytics. Previous experience in FMCG or retail, even through internships or entry-level roles, will be beneficial. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must, and knowledge of SAP/ERP, SQL, or BI tools will be advantageous. Being detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills is crucial. You should also have the ability to coordinate effectively with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the specified location.,
