Role Overview: As a Supply Chain and Order Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and order fulfillment process. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely procurement, accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and delivery to meet customer expectations and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery, coordinating with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams. - Monitor order status, address any delays, shortages, or discrepancies, and uphold customer satisfaction through clear communication. - Plan procurement schedules, liaise with suppliers, optimize logistics, and monitor vendor performance to maintain strong supplier relationships. - Ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatches and stock replenishments, and address any inventory discrepancies. - Prepare reports on order fulfillment, inventory health, logistics costs, supplier performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for purchase orders, invoices, shipping, and returns. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. - 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management. - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with tools like Zoho, SAP, or Oracle is a plus. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.
