Senior HR Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes in alignment with the company's objectives. With 58 years of experience in HR generalist roles in a fast-paced environment, you will lead recruitment, compliance, onboarding, exits, employee engagement, and appraisals. Your strong people skills, attention to detail, and strategic mindset will be essential in driving key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conducting job postings, screening candidates, and partnering with external consultants and job portals. Additionally, you will design and execute seamless onboarding experiences, ensure HR compliance with statutory regulations, drive employee engagement initiatives, coordinate performance management cycles, and manage exit processes. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools will be advantageous.
