Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Shanthi Nagar | Full-Time | Human Resources

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll inputs, compliance, and HR reporting, while ensuring a positive workplace culture and alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave & attendance tracking.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and queries.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support in audits, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate appraisal processes, collect feedback, and maintain performance records.
  • Assist managers in performance discussions and documentation.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for management review.
  • Track key HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment, and engagement scores.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/B.Com) or Master’s in HR/Business Administration (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
  • Good understanding of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,908.53 - ₹47,588.83 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
