Job Title: Back Office Executive – Dispatch Location: Nagpur Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive – Dispatch to coordinate and support dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining dispatch records, coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule dispatches as per customer or client requirements. Maintain records of dispatched goods, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes. Liaise with warehouse staff, transporters, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports. Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and handed over for each dispatch. Handle customer queries regarding delivery timelines and issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during dispatches. Assist the dispatch team in resolving issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role. Strong knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word ). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in talent acquisition, job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and employee training. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving HR-related issues. Organize employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
