• Arthtattva is an indirect tax consultancy firm located in Bengaluru, providing expert professional advice in GST and IDT. We are run by Chartered Accountants and have a team of over forty members serving a wide range of companies in manufacturing, trading, servicing industries, and more. We offer consultancy services and practical training programs to help businesses implement GST effectively and manage their finances, taxation, and GSTR.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Company Secretary. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the Company Secretary in ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements. The Assistant Company Secretary will also support the board of directors, prepare board meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings, and maintain statutory records.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of ROC matters, Board Resolutions, Regular filings, Notices
• handling and other compliances for Private and Public Companies.
• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general
• meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
• Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms
• and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Incorporation of a Company ad LLP.
• Strike-off of a Company and LLP.
• Conversion of Company into LLP.

Qualifications

• Company Secretary with minimum 1 year of experience in ROC matters
• Qualified CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Good command on Ms Excel & Word.
• Good Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹57,572.84 - ₹95,000.95 per month
