Shall possess Engineering degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Shall have minimum experience of 15 years in offshore/jackup drilling operation out of which at least 7 years at Well Site Drilling Supervisor . Shall have minimum experience of 3 (three) years of drilling wells in water depth more than 500m at positions Driller / Drilling Engineer and above. Shall have recent working experience of at least one year in Floater/jackup as Drilling Supervisor in last four years. Shall possess valid & accredited IWCF / IADC-WellCAP well control certificate for supervisory level for subsea stack at the time of deployment. Age at the time of deployment should not be more than 60 years Shall be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
Key Responsibilities a) Execute stability, ballasting, towing, weight control, and scantling design calculations. b) Perform engineering analysis for construction and operational stages; review design and fabrication drawings. c) Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations (ABS, DNV, BV, SOLAS, IMO). d) Coordinate with multiple disciplines, departments, vendors, and regulatory organizations. e) Prepare purchase specifications, conduct technical evaluations, and review vendor documentation. f) Provide technical support for load out/in operations, vessel docking, and inclining experiments. g) Adhere to Quality Systems, HSES policies, and information security procedures. Qualifications a) Education: BE/BTech in Naval Architecture (ME/MTech preferred). b) Experience: 2-5 years in offshore oil & gas facilities or drilling rigs with construction yards/EPC contractors.
