Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OnShore Installation Manager, located in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves overseeing the installation of onshore infrastructure, managing installation teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, preparing project reports, maintaining safety standards, and troubleshooting installation issues. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Project management, team coordination, and leadership skills
• Technical knowledge in installation and infrastructure management
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the HR Consulting industry is a plus
