Description We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding of new hires. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and engage with passive candidates. Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the hiring process. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities and ensure timely execution of tasks at the site Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams Monitor and maintain quality standards as per project specifications Oversee material procurement, inventory, and usage on-site Conduct site inspections and manage repair & maintenance work Report project progress and issues to senior management Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed Travel to multiple project sites as required Requirements : Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site supervision Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp & Interior Designing (preferred) Own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory) Willingness to travel frequently between project sites Practical understanding of repair and maintenance work Strong skills in material management and on-site coordination Good communication and team-handling skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
