Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities and ensure timely execution of tasks at the site
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams
Monitor and maintain quality standards as per project specifications
Oversee material procurement, inventory, and usage on-site
Conduct site inspections and manage repair & maintenance work
Report project progress and issues to senior management
Ensure safety protocols and compliance are followed
Travel to multiple project sites as required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in site supervision
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp & Interior Designing (preferred)
Own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to travel frequently between project sites
Practical understanding of repair and maintenance work
Strong skills in material management and on-site coordination
Good communication and team-handling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
