Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify new companies and establish meaningful corporate partnerships.
• Invite organizations for internship and placement engagements.
• Conduct market research aligned with student specialization areas.
• Shortlist and match student profiles with suitable industries for placement and internship opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and top corporate representatives.
• Network with organizations across India to expand placement opportunities.
• Design and implement innovative operational procedures and templates to streamline placement activities.
• Manage and update employer databases, verify student records, and generate necessary reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication, networking, and corporate relationbuilding skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel (including V-Lookup & Pivot Tables)
• PowerPoint
• MS Office Suite
• Ability to generate, extract, and analyze data from platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and company portals.
• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.
