Job Description

Identify and onboard employers for placement opportunities across sectors.
Coordinate interviews, job drives, and placement activities for trained candidates.
Maintain accurate placement records and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Track post-placement retention, salary verification, and documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and support candidates during placement.
