Placement Executive

As a Placement Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating various placement-related activities to ensure successful employment opportunities for students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Determining employment interests of students - Liaising with corporate companies for placement opportunities - Representing the School for professional and career planning at different forums - Maintaining a database of placement-related information - Coordinating all placement processes with students and faculty Incharge - Arranging campus interviews and preparing brochures with student committees - Facilitating lateral and final placements for students - Visiting industries to build up an industry interface for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits To qualify for this role, you should hold an MBA (Full Time) in Marketing/HR from a reputed institution or a recognized university. Additionally, you should have at least 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the education sector or service industry. Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred, and those with prior experience in placement at institutes of national/international repute will have an advantage.
