Required Experience:


Key Responsibilities:

Recruiter Engagement & Corporate Relations:

  • Identify and onboard new companies for internships and final placements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing recruiters and HR partners.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, campus drives, and corporate interactions.
  • Share student data proactively and follow up on placement status, interview outcomes, and hiring timelines.


Placement Operations & Process Management:

  • Manage end-to-end placement operations for summer internships and final placements.
  • Maintain and update placement dashboards, trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and pre-placement interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to placement policies and documentation standards.
  • Prepare placement reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.


Student Coordination & Support:

  • Guide students on resume building, mock interviews, and career-preparedness activities.
  • Communicate job descriptions, timelines, and instructions clearly and promptly.
  • Assist students with queries related to internships, placements, and documentation.
  • Collect, verify, and manage student resumes, academic documents, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure smooth and professional coordination during campus drives.


Alumni Engagement & Operations

  • Maintain and update alumni databases and interaction records.
  • Assist in planning and executing alumni webinars, guest sessions, and events.
  • Coordinate with alumni for departmental initiatives, networking, and mentoring activities.
  • Document alumni participation and feedback.


Documentation, Reporting & Communication:

  • Draft professional communication for students, recruiters, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of MoUs, offer letters, placement documents, and formal reports.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing for departmental records.
  • Coordinate with the Communications Team for creatives, announcements, and social media updates related to placements and alumni.


Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with faculty, program offices, IT, and administration for placement and alumni-related requirements.
  • Support overall workflow during peak academic and placement periods.
  • Assist in university events, departmental activities, and institutional initiatives as required.
