Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Executive, located in Tirur. The Placement Executive will focus on facilitating successful job placements, maintaining relationships with partners, and providing career guidance to clients. Key responsibilities include leading placement initiatives, conducting training sessions, building and maintaining industry connections, offering customer support to learners, and managing all placement-related activities effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise and success in Job Placements and related activities
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Experience in Training and mentoring individuals for job readiness
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client relationships
• Relevant experience or knowledge of the education and training sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field
• Experience in Google suite & Microsoft office tools
