Placement Executive

About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Placement Executives to join our placement cell. The role involves coordinating with recruiters, managing student placements, and ensuring our placement activities run smoothly and effectively. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and ensuring successful career outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities

● Research and identify suitable companies, organizations, and HR consultancies for student placements.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and students.

● Attend placement-related meetings with HR managers and recruitment partners. ● Ensure a consistent flow of verified job vacancies every month.

● Track and maintain monthly performance as per KPI targets.

● Maintain confidentiality of all placement-related data and sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
