Placement Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Corporate Outreach:

  Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters; onboard hiring partners.

• Placement Drives:

  Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, online/offline interviews, and job fairs.

• Student Preparation:

  Conduct resume workshops, mock interviews, soft skills, and career guidance sessions.

• Data & Reporting:

  Maintain placement records, track student placements, and report KPIs to management.

• Employer Engagement:

  Pitch student talent, manage follow-ups, and ensure repeat hiring.

• Coordination:

  Liaise between students, trainers, and management to ensure smooth placement processes.

• Student Support:

  Counsel students on career options, job readiness, and industry expectations.

• Industry Trends:

  Keep updated with job market and hiring trends to guide students effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Marketing, or Management preferred)
  
• Postgraduate degree / MBA in HR, Marketing, or Management is a plus
  

Experience

• 3–5 years

  of experience in campus placements, recruitment coordination, HR, or corporate relations
• Experience in

  education/EdTech/training institutes

  is highly preferred
• Exposure to conducting

  placement drives, corporate outreach, and career counseling
