Key Responsibilities1. Placement Coordination Plan and execute placement activities for trained candidates. Coordinate campus interviews, job fairs, and recruitment drives. Maintain placement calendars aligned with batch completion. 2. Industry & Employer Relations Develop and maintain relationships with employers, corporates, MSMEs, and vendors. Identify new placement opportunities across sectors. Regular follow-up with employers for candidate selection and joining status. 3. Candidate Readiness & Support Prepare candidates for interviews (mock interviews, grooming, documentation). Guide candidates on job roles, salary expectations, and workplace behavior. Ensure candidate availability and readiness on interview dates. 4. Documentation & MIS Maintain placement records, offer letters, joining reports, and employer feedback. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports as per project guidelines. Upload placement data on relevant portals (NSDC/OSDA/State portals, etc.). 5. Target Achievement & Compliance Achieve monthly and project-wise placement targets. Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines and SOPs. Support audits, inspections, and third-party assessments related to placements. 6. Post-Placement Tracking Track candidate retention and collect post-placement feedback. Resolve employer or candidate issues during initial employment period. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Placement percentage achieved Number of employer tie-ups Interview-to-selection ratio Candidate joining and retention rate Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA / MSW preferred) Certification in HR / Placement / Skill Development is an added advantage Experience 1–4 years of experience in placement
