The organization is dedicated to empowering unemployed youth by offering opportunities for skill development, imparting financial knowledge, connecting individuals to broad markets, and providing micro-finance assistance through financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Employer Outreach & Relationship Management - Identify and onboard new employers across relevant sectors.

● Candidate Preparation & Support- Conduct pre-placement sessions, grooming, and interview readiness training.

● Placement Execution- Share candidate databases with employers and ensure timely follow-up Manage documentation such as resumes, placement records, and offer letters.

● Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate placement MIS and daily/weekly/monthly reports, Ensure compliance with organizational or project guidelines.

Key Requirements:

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build and maintain employer relations.

● Good presentation and counselling skills.

● Understanding of job market trends and sectors.

● Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
