SKIGIT PLACEMENT Job Title: AI/ML Intern Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India Interview Address: SKIGIT Placement | RKDEMY House, 2nd Floor, New Matruvandana Society, Opp. Shivam Hotel, Sudarshan Colony, Thane East - 400603 Interview Time: 12:30 PM (Walk-in Interview, Monday to Saturday) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated AI/ML Intern to join our technology team in Thane. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, along with opportunities to work on full-stack integration and cloud-based deployment. You’ll get exposure to real-world projects, mentorship from experts, and the chance to sharpen both AI/ML and software development skills. Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and fine-tune AI/ML models for real-world applications. Work with Python , TensorFlow , and PyTorch to build intelligent systems. Implement similarity-based retrieval tasks using Faiss . Integrate ML models into backend services using Django REST Framework (DRF) . Collaborate with front-end developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless product integration. Manage MySQL databases and Redis caching systems. Support application deployment, testing, and monitoring on AWS Cloud . Assist with debugging, performance optimization, and continuous pipeline improvements. Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields. Strong programming skills in Python . Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and hands-on experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch . Familiarity with Django REST Framework (DRF) . Working knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and Faiss . Basic front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript . Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) is a plus. Eager to learn, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about solving technical challenges.
