We are urgently looking for Designers who have experience in solar plant to join our technical team and contribute to upcoming projects. Role & Requirements Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Electrical preferred) Experience: Designer: Minimum 3+ to 5+ years in solar PV system design with team leadership experience Key Responsibilities Design rooftop, ground-mounted, and utility-scale solar PV systems. Prepare layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), cable routing, and mounting structures. Conduct site surveys, shading analysis, energy yield assessments, and feasibility studies. Use design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, and MS Office. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), reports, and technical documentation. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and execution teams for project delivery. Lead the design team, review/approve designs, mentor junior designers, ensure compliance with industry standards, and present solutions to clients. Skills Required Strong technical expertise in solar PV system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, and MS Office. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
