Job Summary

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute

  civil work at solar project sites

  including foundation, structure, and trench work.
• Manage

  site activities, vendors, and workers

  to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily progress reports, material tracking sheets, and site documentation

  .
• Ensure all work complies with

  quality, safety, and environmental standards

  .
• Review and interpret

  civil and structural drawings, layouts, and BOQs

  .
• Coordinate with

  project and electrical teams

  for smooth workflow at sites.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to execution plans.
• Use

  AutoCAD

  for basic layout understanding and

  MS Excel

  for reporting and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  .

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

  in solar or infrastructure projects (solar experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  foundation, mounting structure, and civil construction work

  .
• Ability to

  manage site operations, vendors, and manpower

  independently.
• Knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  ,

  MS Excel

  , and

  project documentation

  .
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to

  travel to project sites across India

  .
