Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil & Construction (F&B Projects)

Location: Delhi NCR (Site-based)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Conveyance: Extra, as per company policy

Working Hours: No fixed working hours (as per site requirements)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in civil and construction work, preferably in F&B (Food & Beverage) projects such as commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafés, and food outlets. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervising labour, coordinating vendors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction works including masonry, plaster, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing
• Oversee plumbing works (water supply, drainage, grease traps, floor traps, etc.) relevant to F&B projects
• Coordinate with electrical, gas, HVAC, and kitchen equipment vendors
• Monitor daily labour attendance, productivity, and task allocation
• Ensure work execution aligns with client requirements, drawings, and BOQs
• Track material usage, equipment availability, and site inventory
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and quality standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site status
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid delays
• Support client inspections and handover activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
• Preference given to candidates with F&B / commercial kitchen project experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems used in restaurants and kitchens
• Ability to manage multiple agencies and vendors on site
• Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and site execution methods
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, labour, and management
• Willingness to work flexible hours and move between sites across Delhi NCR

• Diploma / ITI / practical site experience in Civil Construction
• Experience working in fast-track projects
• Ability to handle pressure and tight timelines
• Own two-wheeler preferred (for site movement)
