Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Site Supervisor at AECO Engineering LLP. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily construction and manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling project tasks, coordinating with teams, inspecting materials and completed work, resolving any on-site challenges, and reporting progress to senior management. The role also requires maintaining adherence to project deadlines, monitoring inventory, and ensuring equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and site supervision, including planning, task scheduling, and ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, construction techniques, and relevant quality and safety standards
• Proficiency in leadership and team coordination, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and team members
• Experience in using tools and software for project tracking, inventory management, or construction-related tasks
• Knowledge of the engine spare parts manufacturing industry or similar fields is an advantage
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to dynamic project environments
