Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Engineer based in Rajkot. The Purchase Engineer will oversee purchasing processes, manage purchase requests, coordinate sourcing activities, and ensure timely procurement of quality materials and components. The role involves creating and managing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet operational and production requirements. The candidate will also analyze data and trends to optimize procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and coordinating with suppliers
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and improve efficiency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, and familiarity with inventory management
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement or purchasing in manufacturing is a plus
