Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Incharge at AECO Engineering LLP, located in Rajkot. The Warehouse Incharge will oversee daily activities including stock and inventory control, maintaining proper stocking levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing warehouse operations efficiently. The individual will coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods, enforce safety standards, and manage the timely maintenance of equipment and tools. The role also includes supervising warehouse staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control
Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Management
Hands-on experience with Forklift Operation and warehouse equipment
Organizational skills with the ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a warehouse setting
Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in warehouse or operations management is highly desirable
