Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil to lead and manage our upcoming high-rise residential and commercial projects in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, especially in high-rise structures (G+10 and above) . This is a full-time, site-based role requiring strong leadership, project execution skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects. Manage and coordinate all site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, safety, and quality standards . Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with design, structural, and regulatory requirements. Maintain project documentation, reports, and approvals. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory bodies. Implement effective project management systems and tools for smooth project tracking. Ensure timely handover of completed projects to clients/stakeholders. Handle multiple stakeholders and resolve site-level challenges with sound decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction, with at least 10 years in managing high-rise building projects (G+10 and above) . Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, structural systems, safety standards, and project management tools . Familiarity with Kerala local building codes and regulations . Willingness to relocate and work full-time at the Trivandrum project site.
