Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer specializing in Diesel Engine and Tractor spare parts. Responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, providing technical support for products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, delivering product presentations, and identifying market opportunities to drive business growth.

Candidate Has to be Fluent in Arabic or Native preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales to identify opportunities and promote product solutions
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and understanding product specifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client inquiries effectively
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic business input
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is preferred
• Understanding of diesel engine and tractor spare parts is beneficial
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
