Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a fresher Company Secretary with strong academic background. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing corporate and legal compliance
• Preparing and filing regulatory documents
• Assisting with commercial transactions and legal documentation
• Providing litigation and legal support as needed

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior exposure or internship experience in a corporate secretarial role is an advantage
