Job Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, and providing support in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide resolution in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with department heads to support manpower planning and training needs.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and ensure timely submission to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
