Job Title: Senior HR Executive - Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Process Optimization: Streamline and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

2. HR Systems Management: Oversee HR systems, including HRIS and benefits administration.

3. Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely HR data management, reporting, and analytics.

4. Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to employees, managers, and stakeholders.

5. Project Management: Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring timely completion and desired outcomes.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience, with a focus on process optimization and system management.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, laws, and regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead and manage projects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in HR software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications.

2. Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
