Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong foundation in people management and a broad understanding of HR functions. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, supporting employee growth, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

· Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues effectively and fairly, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

· Performance Management: Support the implementation and administration of the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews. Guide managers on providing constructive feedback and developing employee performance improvement plans.

· Learning and Development: Identify employee training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Support the implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes.

· HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and consistently applied across the organization. Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations in India.

· Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing support, and employee benefits inquiries.

· Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, morale, and a positive company culture. Participate in employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.

· People Management (Direct Reports May Apply): Depending on the organizational structure, may be responsible for the direct supervision and development of junior HR team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR is a plus.
  • · Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on people management and general HR responsibilities.
  • · Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
  • · Familiarity with performance management systems and practices.
  • · Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • · Proficiency in MS Office.
  • · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience required minimum 3 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
