Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years with Excellent communication skills,

Notice Period - Immediate Joiners only

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

a related field

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR to manage and oversee a wide range of HR

operations and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge

of Labour Laws, payroll administration, and statutory compliance and POSH

along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and

company policies.

 Manage and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

 Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS

systems.

 Handle attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems.

 Administer benefits and compensation-related activities.

 Prepare and submit statutory returns and compliance reports (PF, ESI,

Gratuity, etc.).

 Handle implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with labour

regulations.

 Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for audit and

compliance matters.

 Contribute to training coordination and HR administrative functions as

required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws, HR policies, and compliance

frameworks and POSH.

 Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS tools.

 Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Strong interpersonal and social skills; friendly, empathetic, and confident.

 Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 Experience with Attendance tracking system/HRMS tools is a plus.
