Senior HR Generalist

You have an opportunity to join our HR Department as an HR professional. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Human Resources operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Organizing orientation programs for new employees. - Coordinating interview drives or meetings with other team members. - Assisting in onboarding employees. - Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies. - Implementing and updating benefits and compensation policies. - Answering employees" questions regarding Human Resources. - Staying updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Identifying training needs, designing and running training & development programs. - Coordinating with the recruitment team. - Managing employee records. - Resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 5+ years of experience in HR management or related fields. - Familiarity with greytHR or any other HR software, labour laws, and compliance. - Extensive understanding of the Human Resources life cycle. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. - Good organizational and decision-making skills. - Proficient in MS Office tools. - Strong work ethics. - Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. Additionally, experience in HR Analytics/Performance Management or Psychometric Tests is a plus.
