Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage incoming customer calls and orders, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery and an excellent customer experience. The role involves handling payment and delivery coordination, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining accurate order reports and databases.
