As the National Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cloud kitchens, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery. You will work closely with our culinary team, logistics team, and technology team to ensure that our operations are efficient, effective, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cloud Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our cloud kitchens, including food preparation, packaging, and delivery. 2. Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. 3. Logistics and Delivery: Oversee the logistics and delivery operations, including managing third-party delivery partners and ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 4. Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality protocols are followed, including HACCP and sanitation procedures. 5. Team Management: Manage and develop a team of operations staff, including kitchen staff, packaging staff, and delivery staff. 6. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. 7. Technology Integration: Work closely with the technology team to integrate new technologies and systems to improve operations, including kitchen management software, delivery management software, and customer-facing apps. 8. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to inform operational decisions, including menu engineering, pricing, and marketing strategies. 9. Compliance: Ensure that all operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
