Customer Care Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage incoming calls and customer orders, ensure smooth last-mile delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction rather than sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming customer calls and process orders efficiently.
• Coordinate and oversee last-mile delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Enhance customer experience by assisting with payments and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive rapport with customers, with a focus on product awareness and upselling when relevant.
• Maintain accurate order reports, track deliveries, and manage the customer database.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, and support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
