Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Quick Commerce

Location: Bengaluru

Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG / Consumer Goods / E-Commerce


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Key Accounts Manager (KAM) to lead and manage our business relationships with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, and Dunzo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering strong business growth, managing key partnerships, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and the quick commerce platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management & Growth

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with key quick commerce platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end relationship, including joint business planning, sales forecasting, promotions, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly plans to drive revenue, improve visibility, and increase market share on partner platforms.
  • Negotiate commercials, trade terms, and annual contracts in line with company goals.


Performance & Data Analytics

  • Track platform-level KPIs: GMV, fill rates, out-of-stock instances, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor daily/weekly sales and campaign performance and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or launching new SKUs.

Promotions & Visibility

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and tactical promotions in collaboration with platform partners.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and SEO-optimized across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams for content creation and execution.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and smooth order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with finance for reconciliation, payments, and dispute resolution.
  • Share weekly reports with management on sales, ROI, platform performance, and competitor activity.


Requirements:


  • Experience:

    3–6 years in Key Account Management or E-Commerce roles, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or D2C brands.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Commerce. MBA preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Proven success in managing Quick Commerce or E-Commerce accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of trade marketing and platform algorithms.


Preferred Platforms Experience:


  • Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, Amazon Fresh, Dunzo, or other Q-commerce players.
